Tomorrow Is AIDS Walk New York - Please Support
Tomorrow is AIDS Walk New York, the world’s largest AIDS fundraising event, benefits Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) and over 30 other tri-state area AIDS service organizations. GMHC is the nation’s oldest and most comprehensive AIDS service organization, serving approximately 15,000 people living with HIV and AIDS and their families each year, and countless more through its prevention and advocacy work locally and nationally.
We, at About Gay Porn Blog, would like to encourage you to do your bit. We all know someone living with, affected by, or who has passed on, from HIV/AIDS. This year, we haven't registered a team, but, instead, have chosen to help 1 walker in their fundraising efforts.
The chosen walker is Cy, a female NYC resident, who is walking tomorrow to raise money for our friends and loved ones, despite the fact that she has problems with her legs and walks with a cane(often in pain). Yes, we know times are hard, but whatever you can give, will be greatly appreciated. Go on, give up that extra cocktail tonight and make a difference.
If you can't donate and are in NY, come out and show your support, it's also a fun day!
